Dr. Isiah Friedlander is Michael De Santa's therapist in Grand Theft Auto V and later returns as a major antagonist in Grand Theft Auto Online during the Los Santos Drug Wars storyline. Grand Theft Auto V

In Grand Theft Auto V, Friedlander serves as Michael's therapist and appears throughout his optional therapy sessions. Near the end of Michael's storyline, he leaves Los Santos for a media career and implies that he will use Michael's case for public exposure, provoking Michael into chasing him down.

Grand Theft Auto Online

In Grand Theft Auto Online, Friedlander founds FriedMind Pharmaceutical Corporation and attempts to turn psychedelic-assisted therapy into a lucrative business empire. During the Last Dose missions, he abducts Labrat, uses mercenaries to protect his operation and repeatedly escapes the Fooliganz before losing his product and his FriedMind-branded Virtue.
