Simeon Yetarian is a supporting character in Grand Theft Auto V and a main contact character in Grand Theft Auto Online. He is an Armenian automotive dealer and the owner of Premium Deluxe Motorsport in Los Santos.

Background

Simeon runs a crooked car dealership business, selling cars to customers who cannot afford them and then repossessing the vehicles through questionable finance schemes. He employs Franklin Clinton and Lamar Davis as repo men before firing them after the events involving Jimmy De Santa and Michael De Santa.

Events of Grand Theft Auto V

Simeon first appears while selling a car to Jimmy De Santa. He later sends Franklin Clinton and Lamar Davis to repossess a motorcycle from Vagos-controlled territory and then orders Franklin to recover Jimmy's SUV. Michael De Santa ambushes Franklin from inside the vehicle and forces him to crash it through the front window of Premium Deluxe Motorsport. Michael then assaults Simeon, and Simeon subsequently fires Franklin and Lamar.

Events of Grand Theft Auto Online

In Grand Theft Auto Online, Simeon gives the GTA Online Protagonist repossession jobs and vehicle theft requests. He also appears in later content including After Hours and Arena War, where he continues using the player for vehicle-related work and Premium Deluxe Repo Work missions.

Personality

Simeon is manipulative, opportunistic and self-serving. He presents himself as a businessman, but his dealership relies on predatory sales practices, shady financing and repossession schemes. He often uses charm, guilt and accusations to control employees and customers.
